I will take your advice and get a glass cover for the chest as I don't want any more accidents with the new lacquer. I look forward to seeing the Windsor chairs when you have finished restoring them.

I would like to take this opportunity of recording our appreciation of the work you have undertaken to restore our antique chest to its original condition. It was in such a poor state having been neglected for decades and you have worked a miracle in bringing it back to life.
